Where is the entry to the SHF&W Festival in Corbett Gardens?

The entry to the Festival in Corbett Gardens, Bowral is located on Bendooley Street.

Do I need a ticket?

Yes, you will need a pre-purchased on-line ticket which will be scanned at the entry gate. Tickets can be purchased on the day online unless the festival capacity has been reached.

Will my ticket be refunded if it’s raining or too hot?

No, the SHF&W Festival is an outdoors ‘rain or shine’ event. Full refund details can be found in the Festival’s Terms and Conditions.

Can I exchange my ticket for another day?

Tickets purchased for a specific day of the festival may be changed to an alternate date up to ten (10) working days prior to the event.

Can I bring my own food and beverages?

No, you will not be avle to bring outside food and beverages can be brought in. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Free water will be available to refill water bottles.

What does the free SH Tasting Glass entitle me to?

All over 18-year-old ticket holders will be issued with a souvenir Southern Highlands tasting glass on entry allowing sampling of the various Wines, Beers, and Spirits on offer.

Remember 6 – 25ml tastings = 1 standard drink!

What are my transport Options?

Train: Bowral Train Station is a 5-minute walk from Corbett Gardens. Up to date information can be found on the Transport NSW website. https://transportnsw.info/routes/train.
Car: Bowral is a comfortable 1.5hr drive from Sydney and Wollongong and a 2hr drive from Canberra.

Unlimited parking is available on Station Street and Kirkham Road in Bowral and a 5-minute walk to Corbett Gardens. 1hr and 2hr parking is available on the surrounding streets of Corbett Gardens.

Is disabled parking available and a drop off/pick up area?

Yes, disabled parking will be located on Wingecarribee Street and a drop off/pick up zone at the l on Bendooley Street.

Can I buy products from exhibitors on the day:

Yes, exhibitors will be offering the opportunity to purchase beverages by the glass as well as by the bottle(s) and all products available for purchase. Your Christmas shopping sorted.

Will Seating and Water be available?

Yes, there will be tables and chairs set up around the gardens and you are welcome to bring picnic rug to set up on one of the many grassed areas. A water station will be available to fill water bottles.

Is this a family friendly event?

Yes. Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult and will not be issued a tasting glass on entry. Proof of age may be requested at the entry.

Can I bring my dog?

No, for health and safety reasons, animals are not permitted on site apart from authorised guide/companion dogs.

Will there be toilet facilities?

Yes toilet facilities are available including disabled facilities.

Will I be able to leave and return to the Festival?

Yes, pass-outs will be available valid for the day of your ticket only.

Is Smoking Permitted?

No, the festival is a no-smoking event.
